The Belief
Development Should Feel Like It Was Built for You. Not at You.
Too many leadership programmes feel like something that is happening to people rather than for them.
The topics are generic. The case studies are from someone else’s industry. The language belongs to a training manual rather than the organisation people actually work in. And the leaders sitting in the room can feel it.
When development is built around the real world of the people attending it: their challenges, their language, their situations. Everything changes. They stop thinking “why am I here” and start thinking “this is exactly what I needed.”
That is where CultureHub starts. Every time.
“Whether you realise it or not, somebody is already telling a story about what it is like to work for you.”
How We Design It
We Listen Before We Design. Every Time.
Before we design a single session, we spend time with you and your leaders. Not just the L&D team. The leaders themselves. Because their perspective is critical. By understanding what they are actually dealing with, we build something that feels like it was designed with them, not for a generic audience that happens to include them.
We ask about where they are now. Where you want them to get to. What is working. What is not. The situations they face every day. The language they use. The challenges that keep them up at night. Then we design around that.
What We Develop
The Leadership Skills That Make the Difference.
Every programme is different. But here are the areas we most commonly develop: the skills that consistently turn good leaders into great ones.
If it is not on this list but matters in your organisation, we build it in.
What It Looks Like
Built Around You. Delivered How It Works for You.
There is no standard CultureHub programme because no two organisations are the same.
Some clients need a single high-impact day. Others need a series of modules over several months. Some want everything face to face. Others need virtual or a mix of both. Some want group development. Others want 1:1 coaching alongside it. We build what works for your leaders, your organisation, and your objectives.
One-off sessions
A single high-impact workshop built around a specific skill or challenge.
Module series
A structured development journey with multiple sessions over weeks or months.
1:1 coaching
Individual coaching for leaders who need personal, focused development.
Group coaching
Small group sessions that combine peer learning with facilitated coaching.
Face to face, virtual, or mixed
We deliver however works best for your team, wherever they are in the world.
The Line Manager
The Most Important Development Conversation Happens Back at Work.
Here is something most development companies ignore. The biggest factor in whether learning sticks is not what happens in the room. It is what happens the week after, when a participant has a conversation with the person they report to.
If that manager was not involved, does not know what was covered, and does not have the right questions to ask, the learning fades. Within weeks, old habits are back and the investment is lost.
CultureHub closes that gap.
They join the programme
Line managers attend the same sessions as their people. They develop alongside them. The conversation back at work happens naturally.
They get their own version
A shorter, focused session covering the key topics from the programme. They understand what their people are developing and why.
They get the tools
After every module their people attend, line managers receive a summary of the content, the post-work their people have been set, and three specific coaching questions to use in their next 1:1.
They have visibility through The Hub
Line managers can see what modules their people are attending, whether pre-work has been completed, a summary of the session content, post-work tasks and completion, and their people's Jaime scores before and after each module.
Most clients use a combination. We recommend what works best for your structure.
Proof
Proof That Your Leaders Actually Improved.
Every leadership programme includes the option to run Jaime simulations before and after each module. Before the session, leaders practise a relevant conversation with Jaime and receive a baseline score. After the session, they run the same simulation again. The improvement is visible. Measurable. Real.
For difficult conversations, feedback conversations, coaching conversations. Jaime creates a safe space to practise before the real moment arrives. And the before and after scores give you the evidence your stakeholders are asking for.
The Foundation
Self-Awareness Is the Foundation of Everything.
The best leadership development starts with a simple question: how well do you know yourself? Not your job title. Not your experience. How you actually show up. How you communicate under pressure. How others experience you when you are at your best, and when you are not.
CultureHub uses DISC profiling as the foundation of every leadership programme. Not as a one-off exercise that gets filed away. As a living document: a manual of how you prefer to work, communicate, and lead, that informs everything that follows.
