Line managers can see what modules their people are attending, whether pre-work has been completed, a summary of the session content, post-work tasks and completion, and their people's Jaime scores before and after each module.

How do you involve line managers in leadership development?

Several ways depending on what works for your structure. Line managers can attend the programme alongside their people, receive their own shorter version, get coaching questions and content summaries after every module, or use The Hub to track their people's progress and Jaime scores throughout.

How do you prove that leadership development has worked?

Through Jaime. Leaders run AI simulations before and after every module and receive a score out of 100. The before and after scores sit side by side. You see exactly what changed. That is the number you take to your board.

Do you offer 1:1 coaching as well as group programmes?
