There is a difference between a minor scoring difference and a genuine blind spot.
Development Compass lets you set the blind spot threshold before the assessment launches. Only gaps that are genuinely significant, where the participant sees themselves very differently to how others see them, are flagged as blind spots in the report.
Minor differences do not create unnecessary noise. Real gaps surface as real development priorities.
